I've never cared for seafood because of the fishy taste but my wife says I need to eat it more. So what's a good fish to eat w/out strong taste?

I like salmon fillets prepared as follows:
Take salmon fillet and place in baking dish skin side down. Melt 4 table spoons of butter and pour over the fillet. Add salt, pepper on top of fillet. Mince garlic, cilantro and onion and sprinkle on top of fillet. Slice 1 lemon and 1 lime into thin rounds, and place this on top of the fillet so it covers it completely. set oven to 350 degrees and cook between 30 - 45 minutes. Do not cover the baking dish. Do not grease the baking pan. When it comes out of the oven you will notice that the skin will be stuck to the baking dish. This is good as the skin has an unpleasant fishy taste to some, but the meat does not and will be delicious.

Being from N.Y. originally...We have a saying..."If ya' can smell it...Do not eat it"...Its not fresh!!!
Tilapia, haddock, mahi-mahi, sea bass, orange roughy, cod, catfish (Depending where caught???), and walleye are all mild, white fish.
Salmon is not a mild fish for someone whom despises fish...I refuse to eat it...Have even had it straight off the boat!!!

Real ez/yummy low cal recipe

About 4-6 fillets of choice
1/2 C. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, all to taste, and diet.
Mix all above.
Dip each piece of fish (Fillet) into mix, place on cookie sheet sprayed w/like Pam. Bake at 375 degrees, for about 10-15 mins. Turning over to brown, half way during cooking time.

I don't care for fish that much either... but I will eat grilled Halibut, Cod or Mahi. Each of those are very mild and not "fishy" smelling or tasting.
