-one half a box gemelli cooked and drained
-1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom..I used chicken because I don't like mushrooms)
-1 regular size can of bumblebee solid white albacore tuna
-1/2 cup whole almonds
-1 cup shreadded cheddar cheese
Mix together pasta, soup, tuna, 3/4 of the almonds and 3/4 of the cheese.
Pour into a baking dish. Scatter the remaining almonds and cheese over the top...and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
It may seem wierd that the almonds are in there...I thought so too the first time a friend made this....but the almonds really are good in there and unexpected.

Easy, easy, easy
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water/milk
1 can tuna, drained
~1/2 pkg. noodles (macaroni, egg noodles, sprials, etc)
frozen peas (optional)
cheddar cheese
Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Combine the can of soup, water/milk, and tuna and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Careful when it starts to boil, because it can splatter. Remove from heat.
Add the peas (if you want) and cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. The peas will cook from the residual heat.
Stir in the cooked noodles. Add a little milk or water if the sauce needs thinning. Serve.
If you want to get fancy, put the mix into a cassarole dish and put a 1/2 inch layer of bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, in a 350F oven for 25 min. Broil the top to make it brown. Serve.
