BE VERY CAREFUL with diet pills, fat burners, or appetite suppressants. Most of them are loaded with stimulants, so they can cause irritability, anxiety, numbness in your fingers and toes, heart palpitations, and can increase blood pressure. Ephedra products can be LETHAL for teenagers and people with heart conditions or high blood pressure. The biggest problem is they mess with your metabolism, and when you stop taking them your metabolism drops even lower than before, so you end up gaining all the weight back -- with interest.

Want a good, safe, natural appetite suppressant? Take a tablespoonful of olive oil three times a day, preferably before meals. Sound crazy? It isn't. Olive oil is very high in monounsaturated fat, which your body needs to process vitamins like Vitamin E. It also helps raise your "good" cholesterol while lowering your "bad" cholesterol. Did I mention it's a natural appetite suppressant? Not exactly sure how all the chemistry works, but it satiates your appetite, which makes you eat less.

Water is the only safe appetite suppressant. Just drink two 10 oz glasses when you feel hungry, that will stop you eating so much. Good luck

Exercise is supposed to suppress appetite....I also find that drinking diet coke cuts my appetite - but be careful with it as it contains lots of chemicals, I only take it occasionally - like everyone else said lots of water - some times we eat when really we are thirsty or tired.

Water! Why do something as unnatural as taking pills, when really the best thing to make you feel full and take away the constant need to eat is to just drink water. You will feel much better and your skin will glow!

Drinking water when you have hunger pains will keep your tummy quite for a while, and drunk before a meal will enable you to eat less plus it's good for your skin so you will look healthy too. Water won't do you any harm pills might.

hoodia gardonii, but it's relatively new, and still very expensive at proper strength (for example, the brand Hoodoba Pure). Will be great once they start harvesting the natural plants faster, and it gets mainstream

Cheapest and safest would be water...!! Drink it whenever you feel hungry it will suffice for a little while...I wouldnt suggest any pills...they are not good for you or long term health.
