First don't try to do it overnight, it should be a whole lifestyle change. Count Calories, not fat. try to stay at 1200 per day if you are a female. If you really need to lost fast stay at 1000. Once you have passed whatever event you are trying to lose the weight for, go up to 1200 per day. Count EVERYTHING. Every single fry or sip of soda. I lost 40 pounds in 3 months after my 3rd child before my husband came home from Iraq, by doing the firm exercises EVERY single day and sticking with 1200 calories a day. Also kickboxing works if you can't get the firm. You can by any video at Wal-Mart. Don't use diet pills they work temporarily, then after you get off of them you gain the weight back and they are really un-healthy.

Very silly idea...but I would suggest tons of exercise and tons of grapefruit and raspberries....they both eat away at fat..... you know it will come back fast though..right? And may cause you to have more of a weight problem than right now....your body will be confused...why is 15lb's such a big problem? If your comparing your body to someones elses well their weight I guess....then dont we can look identical to some one in body shape and still weight more...stop stressing....and stay safe..

I got it: eat a South Beach breakfast bar for breakfast, yogurt for lunch and protein shake at night for supper. Also, take diet pills that curb your appetite. You'll lose pounds quick! Also, drink a lot of water. no cokes 'cause thats extra calories

Liposuction and tummy tucking works but its expensive.
Getting your stomach stapled is another one but that can cost you too. I know about 2 people who had this done and damn did they lose weight fast and they were the size of a refridgerator and now they look like normal people..wow.
