You entered the auto with the intent of committing a crime (stalking). This is usually the equivalent to burglary of an auto (a felony). Leave the girl alone. Get an attorney. If this is your first criminal offense, you may get several years probation.

Next time, buy a stamp.

***If a woman tells you to stay away from her, and you continue to call, write, or follow her --- it is called stalking. This is a crime.

Depends on what the letter said to. Was it threatening? If not, probably probation, court costs and ordered to stay away from the victim.
P.S. It's still breaking if you entered the vehicle without permission.

First of all; I take it that the girl pressed charges, otherwise you prob. wouldn't of been charged at all! Depends on if hiring an attorney? I would think the judge would charge you with breaking& entering, which usually ends up in probation and comunity service, if this is your 1st offence!

If she had a protective order or a restraining against you - you could go away for up to a year.

If this is your first offense, you'll probably get a slap on the wrist plus a protective order and probation.
