Could be a corn or bunion you should go to the doc as you could be doing it more damage walking on it xx

Sounds like a heel spur. My dad has one and usually only surgery can fix it. But it's way more painful to just ignore it. Put your feet up and get to a podiatrist asap. They will tell you what to do and help make you comfortable while you wait for the surgery.

When you say back are you talking besides your toes, or back of ankle, if it is on side, it is probably a bunion, they are large bumps that are on the side of the feet, next to big toe.

It depends upon whether or not the bump is filled with fluid. In any case, it sounds like you have a chipped bone in your heel..You should see a doctor and have it checked, It you let it go it may not heal properly.

Go to a foot specialist. You probably need some kind of orthotic device made to correct this. Just to make sure it isn't something more serious though, go to a specialist. Your feet are important!
