It doesn't matter. Ask yourself, would this act demonstrate Love?

That's all the answer you need. When in doubt, look for the Love. If it is present, it is a reflection of God.

All the moral authority you need to make your choices lies within.

God has allowed us to advance our knowledge of medicine and technology and as this works we should be able to transplant organs easily.
We're thought of as stewards of this earth, so we're supposed to be taking care of each other. You're doing something -saving lives- for someone by donating organs.

I've never seen it addressed, but why the consistent 'no' answers? If your body is a temple, are your organs not good enough for others to use?

Not explicitly - no - unless you want to take the Apostle Paul's comments about your body being the temple of the Holy Spirit literally.

I personally do not believe in it even though I'm aware of the lives saved. Taking anti-rejection medication daily for life is not my idea of living.

It does not say that is wrong. If you are giving life by donning an organ, I would say that God is going to be happy.

I don't think it addresses the situation. But if you feel it is wrong, then you shouldn't do it. I personally don't have a problem with it, but that doesn't mean you should be ok with it. If you have doubts, then don't do it.
