you need to put her in a tub with some rubbing alcohol and rinse her down with it make sure that the water is just a bit warm not too hot and not too cold. It is not good to wrap her in a blanket unless you have given her fever reducing medician because a blanket can keep the warmness of her body locked up. After rinsing down her body put her in some cofortable clothes and lay her down and put a COLD folded wash cloth on her forhead. If she takes a nap that should help brk the fever because sleeping will make her sweat which will break the fever.

you absolutely should NOT cover up, it just helps maintain the heat. you should Tylenol and can take Motrin 3 hours later. you can alternate the medicine every 3 hours(6 hrs between a dose of the same medicine). my son suffered from febrile seizures which is caused by a rapid fever increase(Jumped 2.5 degrees in 35 minutes) This is what i was told by the doctor to do for him and it works wonders. if the fever jumps and isnt falling you can take a wet washcloth to the skin or a luke warm bath, both help the temperature fall.

Take tylenol or motrin. Drink lots of cold water. Don't bundle up too much (although I know its very uncomfortable when you're cold) Put a cool towel on forhead. If none of this works take a bath in tepid (not cold) water.

Acetominophen (Tylenol) and lots and lots of water. If you haven't already, you should probably make an appointment with your doc, or visit an urgent care center.
