Why are there so many spelling and grammar errors on Q & A.
I believe I have a spell check, doesn't everyone?
and I proof read, do others?

There is spell check, but you still have to know which of the choices is the proper one. Sadly, this confuses people, so they just go with their first instinct.
It actually gives me comfort because, with these kinds of idiots coming up through the ranks, I know that my job is SECURE.

It's indicative of the state of our society. There is no pride in anything anymore. Spelling and grammar are deemed to be unimportant. It's disgraceful.

younger people are so used to taking short cuts when sending text messages the spell checker would probably not give the correct word they are looking for, my daughter never uses the spell checker
