They don't list any specific requirements, it probably depends on the whole package of the person.

by literature i am guessing you mean, classics that people have to read in school... things like that? they may hire you simply for being a reliable person. but it would do you good in the interview if you have SOME knowledge and passion about SOMETHING in books or pop culture. they sell music there too, and they have their cafe... if you are interested in manga, music, children's books, anything that they sell, that's a point in your favor. not necessarily fine literature.

I am sure it is either high school diploma or less. This is assuming you want to be a cashier or work at the information desk.
