When you can afford to have children without government support programs....such as Medicaid, Food Stamps, AFDC etc. When you own your home, your husband has a good job so you can afford to stay at home the first 3 years.

I dont really think there is a ''proper'' and/or best age to have children. It depends on your maturity level, body, and financial situation and that can age range....not that this includes 13 year olds or anything. I just dont think the older person has an advantage over the younger person as far as being a parent goes if theyre in the same situation because if your a mom for the FIRST time, your going to learn from your experience just like the next person....age has nothing to do with that. I am a better mother than PLENTY of people that I know who are atleast 10 years older than me and thats a fact....so in conclusion, it really just depends :)

You can do it at your legal age, when you're age. Do know though that in order for you to have children at a certain age is because you have a great husband, a nice decent house, and the money to support your children.

It all depends on you. I had my children early in life (first @ 20 second @ 22) My children now are 16 and 14. I'm glad I had them early in life and close together. But if I had it to do again, I would have finished college first, before having children. I have my degree now, but it was a lot harder to do, with having children and working and going to school. i am 25 and i dont have any childern yet you will know when to have kids because God will place the right man in your life and bless you with childern of your own.but i think 25 is a good age some say 30

As long as you are physically and healthfully fit, any age is the best age to have children.
