I am a 31 yr old mother of two and was a drug addict for 15yrs and by the grace and mercy of God He has touched my life and lifted that stronghold of addiction and ive been clean and sober for 6mths now PRAISE TO GOD HE IS A AWSOME GOD Anyone else have a praise report please share and lets glorify our heavenly Father and remember He is still performing miracles on earth today God Bless you all and thanks for sharing if you do!!! First, Congrats on 6 months clean! I am a recovering drug addict also...I have over a 1 year clean and it truely is the touch of God that has kept us clean. I start using when I was 13 and at 23, I was a prostitute. I had walked way from God and lurked in the shadows of death, destruction, and satan. God resued me and gave my soul back to me. I cried out to him to take the cravings and wants away, to come into my life. Through this journey in recovery I see God working in so many peoples lives...PRAISE BE TO GOD AND HIS SON, OUR SAVIOUR, JESUS CHRIST *P.S.* DO YOU ATTEND MEETINGS?

Just keep up the good work and your life and your kids will be continually blessed.
Please ignore the smart remarks that others have made. Don't let anyone tear you down...If they don't build you up and find joy in your victory, they probably don't deserve you as part of their lives.
My praise for today is that I got to have lunch yesterday with an old friend I have been missing alot. It was wonderful!

My praise reports: after 15 years of marriage, God gave us a son [now 5 yrs old]; and He healed me of cancer 2 years ago.
I've been a Christian for 31 years, and I've had my ups and downs, be God is always faithful.

Oh, as much as it bothers me I'm going to digress and admit some people need god.
Well someone liked it, so I said: I was a total loser and complete waste of space but now I'm only a partial loser and only waste a little space while I pumped out two more mouths for the welfare system to feed, ergo there must be a god. or words to that effect.

My family and myself are all healthy, have warm shelter at night, plenty of food to eat. Praise be to Him for this!

You got rid of drugs, now get rid of a much worse addiction - Religion.
