Hi there !

The question is so vague...
"neuro patient" means...what exactly you mean ?
how much incapacitated the patient is ?
The answer depends upon so many factors..
What sort of neuro ? male or female ? age ?
what is the consultants opinion ?
on medication ?etc..etc..

if you r too doubtful, best person whom you can consult is your neuro physician or psychiatrist..
best of luck..
