Nettles, quercetin, bromelain, vitamin c, bioflavinoids, NAC. If you just take one or two, try nettles and vitamin c w/bioflavinoids. There are some good combinations, such as Country Life (I think) Aller-Max.

I take 3-4 grams of vitamin C with bioflavinoids if my allergies are bothering me. A B50 complex can help too to kick the immune system back into balance. Some people like pycnogenol or grapeseed extract (100-300 mg daily); Quercetin and Bromelain help some also.

Wash sheets and other linens often. Keep windows closed at all times and run the A/C if you can to clean the air. Wash your hair before bed, because pollen and other substances can stick in your hair and irritate while you sleep. Inhale steam to moisturize and open up nasal passages. Taking hot baths with lavender or eucalyptus oil also helps.
