The correct german pronunciation is none of those, it is 'folcks-vargen'.
But your number 1 or number 4 is just as acceptable in English.
Number 2 and 3 are definitely wrong because they miss out the L which is definitely supposed to be pronounced.

Number 1. That would be in English with no accent like a Southern Drawl.
The word volks in German means the same thing literally as folks in English but the V is pronounced in German

FolksVagen, In the German language the letter Vis normally rponounced with and F sound, and the W is normally pronounced with the V sound. My wife is from Germany and thats how she pronounces it.
