Seeing the Number "666" Every Day!?
Is there a name for when a person sees the same number over and over again? Could there be an explanation?
I work in accounting, so I see numbers and work with numbers every day ALL day but I keep seeing the number "666" at least once a day, if not more.
I'm not a religious person per say, but I do know what that number is and mean. I'm starting to get kinda freaked out.

Now, how many sequences of 3 numbers do you see in a day?
Remember that a SINGLE 10 digit number has *8* sequences of 3 alone!
If you're an accountant, you're likely looking at 10,000+ sequences of 3 numbers per day.
Chance alone dictates that you must see 666 at least 100 times.

The Bible does not actually say that the number 666 is of the devil or that it has anything to do with the devil! At least if it does say that i have never read it, found or been told where to find it although i have asked many times about it! Just like man came up with the numbers 777 to mean good, and heaven and God they did the same with 666. It's all folk and only because you see the numbers on a daily basis doesn't mean anything the explanation seems clear, you work with numbers daily, and your probably looking to find 666 because your convinced that you see it. If you go looking to see something odds are you'll find it!

The only demons that could possibly harm you are the demons you create in your mind, by forming an overanxious obsession about patterns. Either they're numbers, or they're something that's out to hurt you. It's up to you whether or not you choose to be (and I know this sounds unkind) the victim of your own self created persecution complex, or not. Like birds flying past, or cracks in the sidewalk or the recurrence of the letter Q in texts, it's up to you to choose what perspective you view them in. It's not that I can't tell you whether they represent good of bad, I absolutely refuse to, because it is your choice, your mind, and your life. I can offer you an opinion, but I won't tell you how to live your life.

There is a name for your consciousness seeing something over and over. I can't remember what it is called, maybe in sociolgy forum?
666 is a spiritual meaning of satan, I don't think that will be an actual mark, but it is sin manifest. Not alot of Christians will agree with me probably.
We are sealed with the Holy Spirit, so we would be sealed in sin the same way.
As long as your saved, don't be freaked out, your safe in the Lord, if not maybe freaked out would be okay!

I would be also if I were not a religious person. I belong to Christ and know that Satan can only kill me, he can not harm my soul. You on the other hand know about God and Satan sense you know what the number is but you choose not to ask Jesus to save you, I would be very worried.
I don't say this to scare you but because it is true. If it were me I would call upon Jesus and ask him to be the Lord of my life. God will help you to understand what's going on.
If you do not know how to go about this ask in here you will get the answer. I also say this because I think Jesus allowed me to be warned in a similar way before I was saved, this may be you last chance, none of us no we will have tomorrow.

I bet you see 234, 872 and 475 all the time too. You are just sensitized to it. It is, after all 2/3rds, isn't it? You work with allocations and you must split 3 sometimes...

since you are in accounting you run across lots of numbers everyday so there is chance of seeing these three numbers repeat themselves more so than other ppl. too think about this whenever you get a new car it seems you see those cars all the time afterwards...i think its just you are more aware of seeing the numbers so you are more sensitive to it.

it is the mark of the devil, but is not a physical thing. it is purely coincidence and should not be taken as a sign you are following satan
