Where would I be able to find Certain Microprocessors, like the 680x0 line, or 6510?

Try giving rs components a call, they stock all sorts of components including microprocessors, alternatively you could try farnell or maplan, if they can't help i.e. the item is no longer produced they should be able to suggest a compatible alternative.

Enter "680x0" into the field called "keywords".
You'll see they have so many that they need to sell them.... :-)
