I've never had a problem removing baked-on anything by dropping a dryer-sheet into the water soaking-liquid in the pan. Then left it sit for a bit.

Fill your pan with about an inch of water add LOTs of salt, (2 good handfulls) and bring your pan to the boil and the jam should lift off--let the water boil away, but take it off the heat when dry.
hope it helps!

Try heating up the pan (with water in it) to a boil while carefully scraping the pan with a wooden spoon.
If that doesn't work you are probably out of luck.

Put water and a capful of Clorox in pan, then heat on stove. If that doesn't do it, throw away the pan.

try this: put water in the pan with 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar (you can find that in the spice aisle at your local store), put the stove on low flame, it should come right off after a few minutes.
