My sister told me she is going to kick me in the nuts when i am not expecting it, and laughed. I think she is not kidding because she and most of her friends do it to boys in school.
I told my mother about her threat but she told me that “girls don’t do that” and “grow up and be a man”, and she does not want to hear about it anymore!
That happened to a friend of mine in school, and now he became very withdrawn and never mixed or went out again, he was a very happy outward going guy; I think after that he stopped talking to girls.
I can not be alert all the time, what can I do?!!!

So, you think is not a big deal!
He did not witdraw because he is scared(typical women answer). He could easily beat her up every day since, and she would not be able to defend herself because now he would be expecting the kick, but boys are not like that, in fact they are very protective towards girls. He stopped talking to girls because he now knows how they are, he do not respect them anymore. He witdraw, that is what sex offence victims do, depends on the person and on the situation.
To keep it short, can cause infertility, hormonal changes, lose a testicle(rupture, etc…).
Physical violence it is only acceptable if you are trying to defend/escape yourself from someone that is trying to use physical violence on you. And kicking someone in the groin is only “acceptable” if someone is trying to kill you, or rape you(only extreme EMERGENCIES).
Girls who do it are sex offenders. How about if it was the other way around?!

I am surprised that your mother wouldn't take this seriously...unless you have told on your sister before and she isnt taking you seriously. Really, I think you should have your mom and sister in on a serious conversation (with pictures...that'll make them uncomfy) about what is medically happening to a person that gets kicked in the balls. They have never/will never have this happen to them, it's not something to be joked around with:

Since the scrotum and penis are not protected by bony structures, an injury can occur fairly easily. An injury to the genitals often causes moderate to severe pain. Usually the pain goes away quickly, and no permanent damage occurs.

Forceful blows to the penis or scrotum can damage genital tissues. The tissues of the penis can tear if the penis is hard (erect) when it is struck or if the injury occurs during vigorous sexual activity. A very forceful blow to a testicle can rupture the testicle, causing immediate pain and swelling. More serious symptoms that do not go away after an injury need to be evaluated by a health professional. These symptoms include:

Difficulty urinating.
Pain during urination.
Bleeding with urination.
Abnormal penile discharge, such as mucus, pus, or blood.
Erection problems.
Swelling or lumps

Good luck to you...Hope she never really does it!

I think that your sister & her friends started doing that because one of them had a crash with one of the boys they kicked. So, could it be one of her friends likes you? Even so, tell her to find new ways to approach boys or if they like so much kicking they'd better start football or something. (if you think she is too determined to kick you wear an iron cup before you tell her... just in case!)

If/When she does, grab her by the ankle. If you pull, she falls on her butt. Lessons learned.
