When Jesus returns to the earth it will be with a great earthquake and it will be violent. Jesus is going to wipe out the armies that are lined up to destroy Israel. He is not coming as a peace maker, he is coming in judgment the next time. There will be a false Christ who comes on the scene during the great tribulation, its the antichrist. He will eventually require a mark on the hand or forhead which will damn people forever, but will be required by him, to buy or sell.

Not only this but the real Jesus would have looked nothing like the man you see in the paintings and on your bible tracts. Historians believe he would have been a short middle eastern fellow with short hair and a medium complexion. Definitely not a tall white dude with long brown hair and a neatly trimmed beard.

I'm willing to bet the historical Jesus (if there was one such man) would have looked more like Osama Bin-Laden than the icons of the Renaissance.

He will call us up with a shout, but that is not His Return. Some years after that, He will return as He left, in a cloud.(Could be a cloud of witnesses) He will come down onto the Mount of Olives, and an earthquake will split that mountain in half. Seismologists have already found the fault that this will entail.

Jesus will not return in an physical presence. matthew 24 lists the signs of his presence and the coming of the end of the system of things.john 14:19 is where jesus says the world will behold him no more, so where in revelation it says he comes in a cloud and every eye will see him, it will not be their literal eyes which they observe him with, it will be their mind's eyes knowing the signs all mean one thing.

The next time He comes, He's not coming on this earth, too much sin. We're going to be "caught up" with Him at the time of the Rapture. We wont have to go looking for Him, He's coming to get us. We just have to be ready. Thank u Jesus!

I guess I'd ask him to walk on water, make some blind see, some paralyzed walk and stuff like that...the everyday miracles I guess. I don't really believe he ever existed or will one day walk among us lol but in a hypothetical situation I'd ask things like that, though with today's special effects, anything is possible, I mean Jim Carrey did walk on water (well in a movie, but he did).

I don't think that someone should test the strength of God. I know this sounds dumb but I think that if he says he's God then you should take his word for it, but don't do what you know is wrong. Think of it this way.... would you rather deny his word when he says he's God and end up wrong, or would you rather believe and have nothing to lose (well nothing that measures up to God)?

I don't think you should worry about such things.
Don't wait too long, you may find your whole life slips by while your waiting for your knight in shining armor to ride up on his white charger.
