Yes. The best way is to ask your lawyer. He/She will be able to access to case history for that particular judge. It probably doesn't matter though, because you can't really change how that judge rules on cases. You can ask your lawyer to try and request changing judges, but you have to have a good reason for it.

it depends on the nuber of dui's he has gaingst him, get a good defense attorney he can at least make sure he gets a fair sentence and hearing on things can be just a fine and loss of license, to 30 days in jail and loss of license and fine if loss of life is involved he could go to jail for manslaughter or vehiclor homicide. if none of the atter it would be one of the first two I mentioned.

You never know when going before a judge. Most likely, it would depend most on your husbands criminal record, the cleaner the better.

if he was DUI then don't you think it would be safer for your people if he was in jail? what if he had killed a bus load of kids? dui guys don't make good husbands.

usually if it's his first offense he'll get probation, 2nd maybe a little jail time w/probation, 3rd I believe is prison. Hope everything turns out okay!

i suggest he hit on her if it's a lady judge...otherwise it just depends how nice...or stupid the judge is for the ruling
