While it does some good, it is mostly used by people with "idle hands". There is also a lot of "bad" advice going on around here.

this is where free will comes in. you as an individual have the right to believe the way you want to. accept the answers of those or not as you choose. thank goodness none of us believe exactly alike as this would not allow wisdom or knowledge to become known. you can believe any way you want to just as i can and if we believe differently why condemn what the other believes as long as we respect each others rights.

It depends on the users. Do they really want to improve this world, or just voice an opinion, or ridicule others or just collect point?
