You trying to pass counterfeit bills or something? Tender is a term used when money is involved. Example "Legal Tender" is found on paper bills.

If u are refering to a credit or debt card it means u either dont have enough moey in the bank or are not approved for that spending limit!!

Tender reffers to money and when it is unauthorised and if u get caught with them u are in trouble.
