At my six week checkup after my son was born, I weighed a little over 250. I am almost 6 foot tall though, so I didn't look totally nasty... but I used my pregnancy as license to eat whatever I wanted. After I stepped on the scale that day, I freaked out. I switched to all whole grains, stopped buying sugar and soda, and started making salads for dinner several times a week. Diets don't work for me, because after a month of restriction, i go crazy and eat everything in sight. I do better by just making healthy changes I can live with.

198 lbs, dropped to 155 in 90 days about 11 years ago, on a NO fat diet. Now about 165-170. 5' 9"

I mean largest is weight = 120 Kg, i'm 5 foot 11 inch and 21 age

k the most i have ever weighed in a ' frame was 119 lbs but i was never fat...my frien is 5'6 and she used to weigh about 140 and now she weighs 135 but don't lose too much weight b/c that will be bad for you.

the weight im at right now : [ 5 years ago i was a healthy 190lbs im 5'6 now im 290lbs : [ im a stay at home mom that suffers from depression. yea i know i really let my self get huge! but im trying to turn that around with the help of dieting and exercise,and the love and suport of my wonderful family. ty

i am 200 now :(( :( trying to get down to at least 145 more would be better. the biggest i was was 220 when i was pregnet

The most I have ever weighed was about 135lb. I'm 5ft 2 and I'm now 120lb. HTH : )
