it might be due to some cramps on your butt and it the might be getting worser . See to it that your stools are going fine and no blood is coming out with it . I also suffered diarrhea and the same problem was with me . i refereed it to a doctor and he said to control the diet and avoid oily food .

The high amount of liquid and results of incomplete digestion can cause drying out and itching of the area around the anus. Make sure to wash the area carefully after each episode and wear loose-fitting underwear so the skin can breathe.
Drink plenty of liquids because excesssive diarrhea can cause dehydration. If there's a specific food that's causing it, eliminate it from your diet temporarily.

You are not cleaning well enough. Wipe with wet wipes you get at walmart for infants. That will clean better.
