Of course, you should share him with everyone that's what a relationship is all about.
I mean who cares about committment? lol

I'm sure he's been working hard at it! The fact that someone "confirmed it" may have been a way for him to justify that it's okay to do what he's doing. It is not okay. I don't think it's worth it. Anyone with any kind of addiction is not okay and it is not wise to remain in a relationship with them. You always get hurt. Good luck.

Go have sex (safe-sex) with 20 men and ask him the same question. Bring pictures of the events so he can really see what you did. Then ask him if he wants to be with you. Don't worry he will drop you in a second. Then you don't have to feel 'guilty' for breaking up with him and you may even have a few 'sex buddies' to hit up during the low-point after the break-up.

No it probably will not work without him cheating on you again. Not to say it is impossible but I know someone who this happend to and they tried to work it out but it didnt. It is kind of like a drug addiction in that it is selfdescrutive and hurts loved ones. Im not sure about chemical imablance in the head though. But if you want to try go to threapy.

i know u want to believe its an addiction like drugs, but its not.I'm sorry to say.i was married to a man for ten yrs. he was also diagnosed with sex addiction.so i had him go to counseling.the counselor told me to leave him.that he just likes to have sex with differ ant women.it turns them on.the fear of being caught by you,the pleasure of knowing no matter what you will always be there.he told you 20,but are you sure.my ex told me 10 or so a year.than i had him followed.it was more like 10 a day.do you even know for sure if he was careful. don't be like some of us and believe everything a doc. tells you. i know i am now a registered nurse. i know some men and women have an over indulgence in sex some times.but it is no excuse to cheat.talk to him.tell him if he is willing to get help you are willing to try.if not bye-bye

Wait!
He has cheated on you 20 times and you are asking if you should stay with him?
Man I think you are the one who needs to see a counselor!
Get rid of him! No matter if he is addicted to sex (which he could be having with you instead of 20 girls) he is not worth it!!!!!!!!!

What, 20? He seems a bit of a player but it does seem he likes being with you because he had the guts to tell you. Talk to him and see how he really feels about you and see if he can promise not to cheat on you. Give it a try x

Thats a tricky one. I've a mate with the same problem and he has never been faithful and never will - he cheats on his girlfriend probably 3/4 times a week - honest. He's got the looks to be able to do it and he makes the most of his looks...

You need to leave him alone.
The reason is because he will never be satisfied with you he will always be looking at other women for sexual satisfaction.
Just think if one of the women he has sex with was HIV+ or had full blown AIDS you would have gotten infected.
Do u think he used protection with all these women?
You need to let this go because you are putting your life in danger.

To me, this will probably be your lifelong problem unless you want the life of a sex swinger. Assuming you dont want that, unfortunately I would watch how things go closely for a while and then make a decision.
