Ischemic relates to the frontal lobe hemisphere of the brain.

Myelination is the process in which axons (nerves within the brain that pass messages) are coated with myelin, a fatty substance that speeds communication between neurons.

Demyelination is when this process degrades.

Ishemic Demyelination is also related to Binswanger's disease-a condition of dementia. It can literally happen at any age, depending on a number of factors, but is more common in the elderly.
