have a special code put on your phone.. its easy if you phone your phone service provider....
I had the same problem... and i made them pay every penny back from the bill!! they havent done it since.

as your service provider to block mobile calling but this also blocks any international numbers you may want to use or get a phone lock or set up a locking code so they can only use it for 999 calls in case of emergencies

You an have a feature called call control placed on your line that would block local toll calls(usually calls over 15 miles including cell numbers) or you can have your local toll removed from your line

Make them pay for their calls. You can take this out of their pocket money or from money you save for treats, like trips to the cinema or their favourite restaurant. Be firm, they'll soon get the message.

you can have a block put on your phone, and you put in a code to unblock it. only downside is you cannot ring 0800 numbers and out of town numbers ( anything other then your area code )
