how do u do that thing where your laying on your back and flip on to your feet without your hands you see it in JET LI films and some others..........................

You are talking about a kip-up. It takes a little time to get it right but the no-hands version is a little more difficult than the regular ones. The Chinese calls it the Carp Leap.

it helps tohave good core body strength (well developed abs, back, and leg muscles) to perform this technique, plus a lot of practice.

by rolling onto your back and kicking both your legs outward to bring your back from the ground, you then have to use your balance to land properly on your feet.

you start by using your hands (behind your head) then once you build enough core and leg strength, you can pop hard enough to not need your hands.
