Put a really good rub on them and then keep them at about 60 degrees for a week or so. They need to be cold enough to not spoil, but warm enough as not to freeze. The fridge is too cold, maybe find a place in the shade like a cupboard or somewhere.

Wrap them in paper towels, put into a plastic bag and put them in the fridge.
Change the paper towels every day.

Be sure to wash your hands before and after handling the meat.

put them under a cushion on your couch and leave them there till they begin to smell (sic stink)
