I am looking for blackberry liquid to make jelly from. It used to be you could buy it in some liquid form.?

Look in your health food section of the grocery stores or in their freezer departments for 'pure blackberry juice' or concentrates. It could be on the same aisle as the apple juice products, though, I have not ever seen blackberry. Grape, yes, apple, cranberry etc., good luck.
