I'm sorry I don't know any thing about the projects.
But I would imagine you would have to be a legal citizen to get in one.But who knows now ,the illegals have access to every thing else,why not the projects.And I do know that a lot of white people live in them too.Or that section 8 thing of subsidized rent for low income people.

It would also depend on your income, but I would imagine that if there was a white person and a black person who had the same income and there was only one house available, the black person would get it, at least in this area. Africans are not well accepted by African Americans from my experience. My experiences have been that African Americans tend to think Africans think they are better than African Americans. Also, African Americans don't seem to like very dark-skinned people for some reason. Well, I guess you are an impostor.
