On the right guy, eye liner can be a turn on. But I think you might need to be dark haired to pull it off. Think Brandon Flowers from The Killers, or Jonny Depp in Pirates, or the Lead Singer of Muse. Hell yeah!
Saying that, it can also look bloody stupid.

Sorry but make up on a guy, light or otherwise, is a turn off to me. But you need to do what you feel comfortable with, not what other people say.

If you're not a movie star, then I think it is pretty abnormal and a turn off. Somethings are just better to remain "women things" only.
