Hi ..

If you belong to the younger age group, there is nothing wrong..
go ahead..enjoy...but at bedtime...remember to brush your teeth..

if u r middle age and with family history of diabetes...have it ..but control...

if u r a diabetic and on treatment, better "NO"..

Dark chocolate contains flavanoids that can be good for you, but chocolate also has milk (which has cholesterol and saturated fats) and LOTS of sugar. Like all good things, eat in moderation. it is important to treat yourself now and then, though, so enjoy that little piece! Just not too often...

Most answers are good.

Good only in very small quantity, otherwise No.

They are addictive and tasty. You can put on weight.

They also have certain stuff that make you feel loved, and other good healthy ingredients.

They are expensive.

Everything too much is bad. Bad in something its good and in something not. For example: good- it makes endorphin hormone but on the ather hand it can make you bad teeth :-E
