Stomach noises are good, it lets know that the "plumbing" is working. When you put your ear to to her side and you can't hear anything- then there might be a problem.
Is she wormed?? Dogs usually itch their bottoms if they have worms. Try using a different wormer, you have to rotate them each month or the worms will become immune to the medication(use about three different wormers). Make sure you are buying a good wormer...ask your veterinarian what they would reccomend.
Take her temperature. Use a thermometer in the rectum. A dog's temerature should be around 100 degrees.
Is she eating and pooping normal?
I hope she is vaccianted, especaily if you are taking her to a place where there are other dogs.....she could contract something very easily.
If you notice anything else wrong with her, take her to your veterinarian.
Good luck

Have you taken her to the vet? If not, take her. The pup can have any large number of thing's wrong. Has she had all her puppy shot's? After they leave Mom they are succeptable to a lot of different diseases, they lose the immunity that was in Mother's milk. A puppy can go down in a hurry if they have problems. You will feel better and so will she if you get the answers only a vet can give you. Go today, you don't really know just how sick she is' and DON'T give her any of these home remady's untill you get an o.k. from her vet.You are her God, take care of that baby. Good luck

have you ever taken her to the vet? If no longer, take her. The puppy could have any great variety of ingredient's incorrect. Has she had all her domestic dog shot's? whilst they pass away mom they are succeptable to an outstanding variety of different illnesses, they lose the immunity that variety into in mom's milk. A domestic dog can pass down in a hurry in the event that they have problems. you will sense better and so will she in case you get the solutions in basic terms a vet would provide you. pass at present, you do no longer likely be attentive to easily how ill she is' and don't provide her any of those domicile remady's untill you get an o.ok. from her vet.you're her God, shelter that toddler. sturdy success

If your dog is rubbing it's bottom on the ground, it means it has worms. If your dog is sick, it could be something serious like tapeworm(which can kill a little dog quickly). If this is tapeworm, the only way to get rid of it is medication from the vet.
The grooming may just be a coincidence.
I worked with a Veterinary Technician for 5 years and managed a pet store, trust me. This is a common problem.

Pom puppies can go down really fast with low blood sugar,
if they are not feeling well. Make sure she gets some Nutrical
every day ) available at Petsmart, Petco, vets), or give her
some honey or Karo syrup.
She obviously has some gastric problems. I assume she's
up to date on her shots.
Take her to the vet SOON.

You need to go to the vet. Don't take the breeders word that she has her puppy shots, unless you have documentation. There could be many things wrong with your puppy and a vet can tell you what it is. Pomeranian are fragile dogs, especially when they are puppies.
