What policy? What has he done to improve the situation or research towards a cure or even improved awareness? If it's what I think of his lack of policy it is that it is jsut that: lacking

The largest growing demographic infected with HIV are young, white heterosexual females, so clearly something is still going wrong with the message as it is a very easy disease to protect against with knowledge.

I didn't know there was a POLICY from ANY president on HIV/AIDs.
