I'm guessing you're confused by "which doth mock / The meat it feeds on".
Let's say you're jealous of a girl in your class because she has the boy you want. The jealousy makes you say catty things about her, but the jealousy wouldn't exist if this girl wasn't in your life. The girl is the cause of your jealousy (the meat it feeds on) and the target of all the evil things jealousy makes you do (the monster doth mock).

shakespeare right? Othello? I Think the whole point is that Iago is trying to convince Othello that his wife is having an affair. He is basically saying keep an eye on her. You really need to look at it in context to understand it.
