i'm having similar problems...except its cuz i started birth control for my acne, and my appetite has INCREASED so much! for 2 weeks i pigged out, and i think i seriously gained like 10-15 lbs!!
:(
i've lost weight before, and now i have to get back in to the routine. and i had a lot of stress last time cuz i was getting over a complete JERK!! hahaha....here's how i did it: i went to the gym for at Least 30 min -45 min in the morning before work, and then sometimes at night around 8 or 9pm. i would do the treadmill (running/jogging for 45 minutes) or the elliptical machine (i think it burns more calories!) would also do pilates on days i couldn't hit the gym. make sure u SWEAT when ur doing cardio....that actually releases a lot of stress, cuz i kept working out harder when i got angry at that stupid guy. :). the more u work out, the more u see results, and u actually start feeling BETTER about yourself, and i think that's what leads to less stress...at least regarding ur weight (which is obviously a huge problem for any woman in general).
i know that i can lose the weight again, so i'm not as stressed. but i gotta be more diligent, keep myself accountable. i also noticed that the more u exercise, the more awake u feel, AND the LESS hungry i was!!!! i ate less portions! but i had to exercise pretty hard for like 2 mo before i noticed any difference in my eating habits, etc. good luck, all it takes is motivation and just doing it, and u'll accomplish getting rid of some stress, AND looking better!! :)

Advice - you are beautiful the way you are. I wouldnt change a thing about you....
However, if you want to get healthy, exercise does wonders for BOTH stress and weight loss! Exercise will alleviate stress, and burning calories will help you shed weight!!
Id try swimming - low impact, great fat burner, and you dont feel yourself sweating.....
Good luck!

First of all take a deep breath. and BREATH. (I hate when people tell me that b.t.w) Organize yourself. What I like to do is make a chart on my computer of my measurements and my goals. Don't weigh yourself, relay on how your clothes fit. And as far as your diet goes, allow yourself one cheat day.

The most important thing you need to know is that dieting will never work. You need to change your lifestyle.

take some yoga classes or meditate.
give yourself and incentive when you lose like a news shirt or pants or something other than a snack or food.
Don't be so hard on yourself if you don't lose as fast as you would like. take care of your body and be kind to it.
