thats even a good, thing at least there didnt just use someone for the sake of sex, and say oh our first time is done

im still a virgin at 21 , also I havent met the right guy , but im happy still , until I meet the right person is only until I break my virginity, same goes for others, theres no certain age, and people like to wait its nothing wrong, rather than being pregnant at a young age

I have a friend whose a successful architect, beautiful, singer in a band, etc who was a virgin when she married at 37. She has no regrets. This was how I found out that cervical cancer is an STD. She only had pap smears every 5 years because she had no exposure to the papilloma virus.
Another friend was 41 & virgin when she married.....no regrets.
The best one is a single mom I know that married a gorgeous, hunky man who was 33 and HE was a virgin. These are true virgins, not just in hymen only.

Stay with it! you'll be disease free and have no regrets!

Hi I'm still a virgin and people do make a big deal out of it, when i tell people (even close friends) they still look at you like you are completely stupid and that its like you have said oh Ive got 3 arms or something!!! Its the society in the Victorian age and before that, it was a really bad thing not to be a virgin at marriage and now if you are a virgin when you get married people think that is weird. I know a few people who are jealous because they wished they had waited for the right time/person and not rushed into it.

You may be a virgin but do you give great head!!!!

It's a messy buisness taking someones virginity trust me I have taken a few in my time and decide to stay clear now. Girls ( women ) that know what they are doing, are so much more attractive.

I do agree that getting pregnant at an early age is wrong and I personally blame the girls as they should control their own bodys or refuse to have sex without a condom!

We do admire the strength of will needed to save your self for the wedding night, But we also laugh a little inside because you dont know what fun you are missing out on.

Alot of young people feel pressurised into having sex, accepting yourself for who you are and what you are takes time and this comes with age and maturity.
Sex IS a big deal and shouldnt be used and abused, alot of psychological problems contribute to having/forcing sex at a young age.
There is no certain age when it comes to having sex for the first time but most young people are not mentally prepared for what happens afterwards.
Some boys sucker girls into having sex by telling them they love them,or promising them gifts etc then when the deed is done and the boys walk away not wanting to know the girl, the girl is left feeling used and shattered.
It depends on how mature you are in handling the after math of having sex for the first time and i personally i dont think young people are equiped to handle the pressure.

I'm 18 and still a virgin. All the guys seem too immature and I don't plan on having a future with them. Why give away something special to someone who isn't? Plus I do not want to deal with and STD or getting pregnant. Way to go girl!

You are very smart to wait! It is sad to see these young kids having sex before they are ready! Some of them as you mentioned becoming parents at such young ages....not even out of high school.
One day, they will grow to find that sex is more than just sex and they will come to regret how freely they gave it away!

the proper terminology is lose your virginity. breaking denotes that it can be repaired.

now good for you for sticking to your guns on this one. there is nothing wrong with thinking that you will meet someone that you will care enough for that you saved him the greatest gift you have. so now you dont have to worry about all that stuff like pregnancy stds and well hollow feeling because your brain got used to oxytocin.
