My brother is a complete idiot, i wanna get him back for all the respect he does not give to our mum and for just being an idiot.

I miss all the good things you could do with the old phones -
Like: taping down the receiver thingy so that when he picks up it keeps on ringing.
or: taking apart the mouthpiece and filling it with paper so that no one can hear him when he answers.
There are some helplines that are funny if you dial and then transfer to his phone.
In Oz we have Jobline which is good for your employees or co workers. But I'm sure you can think of some better ones.
How about a male strip o gram unless he is gay then it's not so funny!
Keep it fun though you may want to borrow money off him one day!

how does sinking to his level do anyone any good? he is his own worst practical joke ... encourage your mum to straighten him out about respect ... you might add your 2 cents too by telling him that no girl will respect a guy who doesn;t respecct his mum

my fav. is taping the kitchen sink sprayer so when some one turns the water on it sprays them.....but make sure you point it in there direction
