The 4th row 2nd to last dog is a hairless dog. Read the link that goes with the picture http://www.xoloitzcuintles.com/home.html. That dog is called a Xoloitzcuintles.

According to the picture it is a wirehaired alopekis. There are both smooth and wirehaired ones with the wirehaired being more rare. This is a pic of a smooth one http://dogbreedinfo.com/alopekis.htm
This is a link to some more information indicating they may be the foundation of the terrier breeds as we know them today http://www.molosserdogs.com/modules.php?name=Encyclopedia&op=content&tid=3090
