First of all- ignore the person that said you were morbidly obese. That is a horrible thing to say to a kid... Secondly, muscle weighs about three times as much as fat. Third, you are only 13. You have a lot of years left to grow into what you have. That does not mean that you can't do anything to get into shape, but dieting at your age is rarely recommended. Talk to some of your friends and try to get a group together to play basketball or walk. Exercise is good no matter what size you are. If you are still concerned about it, talk to your parents, but at 13 I wouldn't worry about it too much.

well I'm 5'11'' (16 yrs) and i only weigh about 130- so i dont know what to say... I guess it would seem like alot of weight to me- but i am also a female... I guess it just depends on your body type. Do you work out alot? muscle weighs more than fat; but if you dont have alot of muscle than it could just be another factor such as bone structure. Dont place too much importance on weight- it's not that big of a deal. If it bothers you so much, than start a little workout routine. You will get in shape and start to feel better about yourself. : )

muscles do weigh more..but if u were physically pretty fit, u don't have to worry how much u WEIGH on the scale, but how you feel you LOOK. so, if i were u, i'd just make sure i don't overeat too much, just eat normally, try to fit in salads and protein and "good fats" that kinda thing... and have a good exercise regimen. that way most likely u are focusing on having a Fit, Healthy lifestyle instead of worrying about how much u Weigh. :) good luck~

Your healthy weight range is 124 - 142 pounds, so you are 28 pounds overweight. That is not fat, but morbidly obese.
Have you seen your doctor to discuss this? You are only 13 years old and there may be medical considerations to take into account.

I don't think he's morbidly obese! If he were there would be no question about being fat or not. It depends on if he is flabby or muscular. You woould have to ask someone who can look at you, we cannot tell.
