Do you mean: is it good for you to swim outdoors, in direct sunlight? Well, there's always concerns about skin cancer; but the sun also helps your body produce Vitamin D. Try to limit yourself to an hour or less a day, and make sure you're wearing a strong (SPF 30 or higher), waterproof sunscreen, and you probably won't destroy your skin TOO quickly...

its ok. just use loads of sunblock. n by that i mean LOADS if u r swimming for more than half hour. it also depends where u r from. The tropics mite b not -so -good, but swimming is an excellent sport. It'll really tone up ur body.
