Speak with your pastor, there are many explanations for the way man believes we evolved compared to the bible. I spoke with mine, I wondered about dinosaurs. He explained the book of Job mentioning the Leviathan and the beast which is believed to actually be dinosaurs who survived the flood. Have him read (or you) The Case for Christ. It has alot of intellectual facts regarding the reality of Christs existence and the fact he was the son of God.

There is nothing wrong with a spiritalized faith in the story of our first parents. There are gaps all over the creation account. The whole process could have taken 100 billion years. God could have used Adam and Eve as the line He would keep His promises through. The Bible seems to agree that were were many other around at the time. Cain went off to the land on Nod and found a wife and had a family there. The sons of God (Adam's boys) saw the daughters of men that they were fair... Like I said there is evidence for that story... I'm not sure what your question is and embarrassed by the rude answers you're getting. Which graduation? What do you mean by hide. As I believe, evolution is man's thinking, Adam and Eve are mine. People mock it because they don't try to seek out the truth through prayer and don't research the Bible. If anyone really cares to know, all they have to do is say, "God, if you're real, become alive in my life." If you're asking about wanting your son to know the truth, pray for him. The Bible says that prayers for our children never come back void.

Your question seems kind of suspicious being that if you were as smart as Edison you would realize the the Adam and Eve part is a Myth...Actually much of the Bible is intended as myth but too many fanatical sheep believe it as it wasn't supposed to be beleived as being fact. Teach your child that evolution is a theory that can never be totally proven and the story the Bible tells is a faith based myth that offers great inspiration and guidence but is not a substitute for science which does its best to explain the work of GOD!

It's too late. The best thing to do would have been to keep hm locked in a dark basement (or attic, V.C. Anderws-style) until adulthood to ensure that he never learn anything about the world outside. Then he might have believed the Adam and Eve stuff.
The problem is that once people learn the truth it's tough to go back...
Maybe your grandson?

Well, if your son is about to graduate, I would guess that he is intelligent enough to make his own decision.
Fact is, we did originate from a male and female. Lets call them "Adam and Eve". Maybe they did use King James English back then. Where they came from...that's a mystery....fortunately for you we can not make certain conclusions to the origins of life....so put that in your pipe and smoke it.

You really can't; the evidence is written in the language of DNA and inscribed in every cell of every organism that's ever lived...
And if you do succeed in convincing him of his biblical ancestry, can you post his name here -- so we can all avoid his practice like the plague?
