A couple times I strongly felt like I was having an out of body experience but I saw things in my home which were placed differently. On the other hand, astral catalepsy occurs when the astral self (which travels when we dream) does not fully re-enter the body before we wake up. Probably when we realize we’re dreaming and try to wake up suddenly. The body becomes paralyzed and it’s difficult to get up. I also hear a shrill noise in my head. Usually when I pray to Hanumanji I wake up. It doesn’t happen as often now.

One night i was lying on my bed wide awake, i had my eyes closed and i don't know what happened but it felt like a fell right trough my bed. I opened my eyes and my room looked slightly different than normally. I could feel that something was strange. The colors in my room were kind of grey (almost like i was in a black and white TV). Then, as soon as i realized that i was in the astral i got pulled right back into my body (that's what it felt like anyway). That was the first time i experienced it (i was 14 at the time and didn't know anything about astral projection). I started reading on the subject and tried a couple of times to project but had no success, then one night after trying endlessly to project i fell asleep. While i was sleeping i woke up and felt paralyzed or like something was pushing me down. I focused on sending positive vibes out and somehow it worked, i started floating up and then hung in the air right above my bed. When i looked down and saw my body on the bed i got a scare and fell right back into it. Hopefully the next time i will be able to go and explore.

When I was in 3rd or 4th grade I and several kids were sitting at our desks in a group trying to turn our faces red...we had just figured it out, and the rest said I was doing a good job and I should look in the mirror. I went to the sink in the classroom and was watching myself in the mirror. Next thing I knew, I saw myself pass out from about 6 feet behind myself. I saw kids behind my body in line to use the sink, and one kid bend down to check on me. Then I woke up on the ground. I don't believe in the supernatural, but I don't have an explanation for this kind of thing.

I had a dream in the first grade that my class was walking down the hall in my elementary school. In my dream I had the perspective that a security camera may have on the wall in a corner. I saw myself and some classmates walking down the hall carrying a red cooler. the next day my teacher surprised us with a picnic at the playground area and brought us food and drinks in a red cooler which we carried through the same hall in my dream.

I've had quite a few of those experiences, mostly all of them were in my old apt., since I moved I haven't had an of those "dreams" again. I guess I'll tell you the creepiest on of them all. This on as right after I gave birth to my 2nd child, I'm a single mom of two, the oldest was about 7, the youngest was about 5 weeks old. My oldest was sleeping in her room, and I was sleeping with my youngest in my room. In the dream I knew where both my daughters were. I had a sence that something was coming up the stairs towards the second floor (rooms were upstairs), yet I couldn't move. I was struggling to wake up (I knew I was dreaming), and in my struggles I keept looking towards my bedroom door, the door was open. Since waking up wasn't happening, I tried reaching for my phone on the night stand,I wanted to call my mother and have her wake me up, but instead I fell to the floor. I couldn't reach for the phone from where I was at, but I remember trying to yell to my oldest daughter to wake me up. The effort of trying to scream was painfull, it felt like someone had an iron grip around my neck. I looked towards the door, I felt defeated, like I already knew that what ever was coming up the stairs was on its way to my room. I remember thinking "b*tch wake up! wake up!". Just then I saw Samora (the creepy girl from the ring) walking (more like crawling) into my room, reaching for my feet. I remember trying to kick her, and a loud buzzing sound in my head. Then it was over....I didn't sleep a wink that night.

Many years ago I almost drowned. I remember standing on a balcony looking down on myself flailing about in the pool and the people right next to me not helping.

I was in an accident about 11 years ago and in the ambulance on my way to the hospital, I saw myself talking to my grandfather whom I hardly knew. He was telling me it wasn't my time and to go back.
