I don't think I should judge anyone when we ourselves sin and the bible says to take the plank out of our own eye before we point out the speck of dust in someone else's eye, BUT I do know that we need to tell others the truth so that they can be set free.

I won't cast any "stomes" but I will say the bible says to love the sinner, not the sin. So I cannot cast judgement on the man himself, I can simply draw his attention to the fact that it is a sin. That said, if he doesn't go around telling everyone about his rump-wrangling exploits in the bedroom, then no one has a right to say anything about what he does in private.

Of course one is still a Christian. To no longer be a Christian, one must deny and reject that Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of those who believe in him. Since Christians have human nature they are not perfect and often fall short of Christ's teachings. One of the most difficult teachings for Christians to conform to is "Judge not that ye be not judged." Every encounter we have with another person has the potential for us making a "judgment" about that person. Incorporating Christ's principle into ones being is a continuous process and can take a lifetime.

The Complete verse is....
HE who is without sin Cast the first stone!

And as a christian myself I agree with you. Its not the gay people we don't like, but what they are doing is wrong. two different things.

if we look at it from the perspective of God, sin is sin. There is no greater sin than another. Instead of judging a sinning person, we should love them and pray for them. That would be the greatest witness.

we don't judge the people, we just tell them that is wrong and if you leasing to the word of God then you will be free of your sin
been gay is a sin. read the bible and look it up for your self just like you did to quote that verse.
God loves you he is giving you a chance to turn from your sin.
