i'm a 34 year old at home mom,i'm not happy with my body.when i get stressed out i eat.Cake,Cookies,Potatoes, Steak's ,Junk foods etc.But for the last 4 years my weight stay's at 140-144. my hight is 5'4 ,My belly is the reason why i don't ware cute shirt's people say "when are you due? that sucks so ladie's,mother's ,Can you help you sister out.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

well first you need to cut down on the junk, when i had my second child my belly was really big I'm 5'7 and i was 180 now I'm 140lbs and that's the weight I'm suppose to be for my height, i suggest you drink lots of water and do exercise, eat healthy foods and i promise you the weight will go down, keep yourself active, and you will see results, i can tell you from experience. it worked for me it can for you, just work hard. good luck!

you have said it in your question, but in case you haven't figured it out it involves diet and exercise,stop eatin junk food, eat lean meats and vegetables and do lots of cardio exercises plus situps, crunches and exercises to strengthen your lower back and abs(core muscles)

If you can't do that the only other alternative is to get it sucked out but it's expensive could be dangerous and you'll have to keep it under control.

Easy... Get your car starting... And with your car's vibration, lean your belly fat on the surface of the car... With the vibration, it actually helps to loosen the fat in it.. And with further exercise, your belly will be slim in no time.... trust me.. it works!

Theres a tea it's called pur-eh tea apparently you loose a pound each week and also it helps fill u up so you don't munch as much if you go to houseoftea.ie its on it. good luck.x

well stop drinkin beer if thats part of your diet
