There are several things she can do to make me melt!
When she rubs her hand across me anywhere! My hair as she passes by, my leg when she sits beside me, my chest or stomach when she lays beside me.
Sometimes, she looks at me and winks. OMFG! That one gets to me!
When she makes a point to be close to me, like getting up out of the chair she is sitting in to sit in a chair next to me, or moves something out of the way to sit by me on the couch.
Then there is the reaching for my hand in public, Whew Hoo! When she is walking in front of me, slows her walk and sticks out her hand for mine. Dang, that is hot. But, what should I expect from such a hottie!

What makes me melt is understanding each other mentally. Like when you want to watch a game on TV or go out with the guys and your woman is like, OK with it. As long as the guy treats her the same. Guys and gals don't always want to do the same thing and one do everything the other wants to do is totally boring.

For me, it's that "zeroing in on you" feeling I get when a woman focuses her flirting on *me* (as opposed to just being flirty). The more direct, sultry, and *about me* it is, the more I melt for her. The same is true of responsiveness to my flirting. If it has a dramatic effect on her, and she is expressive about that, then that will have me hooked too.
Perfume is nice too, but it has to be something that's well matched to the woman.
