he sounds like he's pretty normal to me.. question is, why are you so uptight?

Well, this is a tough issue to deal with without offending him. It's important to stand your ground and draw the line as to what is acceptable behavior, particularly in public. And if you're assertive and consistent about it, he should have no trouble meeting your expectations (and if he does, then you may want to ask why he can't respect your boundaries).
On the other hand, you don't want to quash his libido or make him feel bad for what he likes about you and what he likes about girls in general. His sexuality preferences should be respected too. Put another way, you don't want him to meet your needs exclusively. The give and take of intimate relationships requires sexual gratification to be a two-way street.
So let him go nuts and be the kid in the candyshop from time to time, but don't let him get on your nerves, is what I'm suggesting.

I think you really need to respect yourself by only allowing what you feel comfortable with. Explain to your bf that, while you like that he is attracted to you, it makes you uncomfortable when he touches them all the time (or whatever he is doing that disturbs you). And then explain to him how (and how often) and WHERE ELSE you like to be touched. There is much more to you that is sexy, and tell him you'd like him to discover those things as well.

Ask if he loves you as much as he loves them.. and if not... dump him... when around him where shirts that cover it up completely... loose baggy shirts that you cant tell your size in.... it will make him have to look at other things instead of those.

for a person to say obsessed i think that's a little to far out. he's your boyfriend and it's obvious you care about him. so don't even worry about it now when he stops giving you attention you will wish he was. don't fret it'll be okay
