No, Jesus is the forsaken one.
Satan did much less destruction than Jehovah
or Jesus did.
The Bible Mark 15:34-35
And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? And some of them that stood by, when they heard it, said, Behold, he calls Elias.

Lucifer was a beautiful angel.. this represents the beauty that surrounds us everyday.. people choose this beauty denying the things that trully matter. Lucifer was so beautiful that he knew he could go against God and that many would follow him making hm feel even more powerful.. Now think about it.. Who in the world would go agaist God knowing He is the source of all goodness and beauty? And yet angel followed another angel.. All creations of God.. So you see it's not as we see it.. There is a deeper meaning. Lucifer fell below the earth as the word says and the others fell on the earth.. So they are here. And many people choose the beauty which is ugly in God's eyes.. People even go against God's existance.. Even though Lucifer knows God.. lucifer is happy controlling our plane our universe. This is his Heaven.. And it is truelly a Heaven for him.. He is very succesful in his work till now.

First Lucifer was not a forsaken angel. God did not just decide to kick him out. He was a fallen angel because he decided to rebel. And no I do not think Hell is a forsaken heaven.

Actually, Lucifer and Satan are not the same. The word Lucifer actually means "bringer of light" and was actually a name of a star at which they named after kings. Lucifer only appears once in the King James Bible in Isaiah. In other translations, the word does not even appear. "Son of the morning star", "light bringer', and "dawn star" are all meanings of the word Lucifer. The word satan actually only means adversary or whoever is opposed to godly faith. I won't go so far as to say the devil doesn't exist, but the classic Lucifer story isn't even in the bible. It seems to be an old folk tale. Isaiah was talking about a king that was cast down after destoying a temple. It was just another gross translation. Don't take my word for it, look up the meaning/history of the words Lucifer and Satan.

Lucifer will be the chief prisoner of Hell forever not the ruler, and still a fallen angel.

He got booted out of Heaven because he wanted to be God's side kick and rule with him. God is God all by hi-self he needs no one so he got thrown out and he don't rule Hell because he don't have the key and when he left he took a fleet of Angels with him which are now called demons

11Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.
12How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Lucifer was a man who thought he could be greater than God. So in turn, God turned Lucifer over so he could never be saved again.
